I- International conventions:

Adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 15 November 2000 and entered into force on 29 September 2003. Ratified by presidential decree n° 02-55 issued on 05/02/2002. The articles 8 and 9 of the convention provided for the criminalization and preventive measures to fight corruption.
Adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on October 31, 2003, entered into force on December 04, 2005, and ratified by Presidential Decree No. 04-128 of April 19, 2004.
Adopted at the second ordinary session of the African Union Congress held in Maputo on 11 June 2003, entered into force on 05 October 2006 and was ratified by Presidential Decree No. 06-137 of 10 April 2006.
