Capacity building workshops, organized by the Anti-corruption division of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

 

Executives and judicial police officers from the "Office Central de répression de la  Corruption", participated during the period from June 28 to 30, 2022 at the Higher Institute of Magistracy of Koléa, in capacity building workshops, organized by the sub-directorate of the Anti-corruption division of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

These workshops were led by Ms. Catherine Marty, legal analyst, OECD Anti-Corruption Division, Ms. Sophie Varga-Lang, prosecutor, Public Prosecutor of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, Mr. Benjamin Clady, anti-corruption compliance advisor, Department of support for economic actors at the French Anticorruption Agency (AFA) and Ms Sara Brimbeuf, head of advocacy and illicit financial flows at Transparency France. Work focused on the OECD Convention on Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions as well as practical cases of transnational bribery.
